Yes, this was an Ambien related incident. Apparently I took my shirt off because...I have no idea. At the time I was eating pretzels and Nutella (the best treat ever), and consequently got Nutella on my bra - which I didn't notice until the next day when I went to put it on again.
Wow. Too much info?
